Oracle employees: Oracle employee attendance is by invitation only. As this is a user/customer event, internal participation is strictly limited. Internal departments receive a set number of passes. To determine your department’s delegates, please contact your department supervisor. Without prior approval, all other employee registrations will be declined. If you have not been invited you will need to get approval to attend from Kirsten Kihle at kirsten.kihle@oracle.com.

Oracle Retail CrossTalk is free of charge for retail guests thanks to the sponsorship of Oracle and our Partners. Travel and hotel are the responsibility of the registrant.

To optimize our scheduled program, events are planned specifically for our attendees; therefore, guests of attendees are not allowed at any Oracle Retail CrossTalk events.

If you have received an invitation, please go to the Registration page on this website. You will be prompted to select your participant type to access the registration pages. Registration Confirmation
Once you have submitted your online registration you will receive an email confirming that your registration and hotel reservation requests have been received. Formal confirmation letters detailing your hotel reservation, arrival and departure information, and other registration information will be e-mailed to you 2 weeks prior to the forum.

How to Cancel or Make Changes to Registrations
To cancel or make changes to your event registration, please click on the 'Returning Users' link at the top of this page. You will be prompted to enter the confirmation number that you received via your automatic email confirmation. If you are modifying your registration please be sure to update any information that needs to be modified, continue to the review page, and hit submit. After submitting the change you will receive an email confirmation confirming that your changes have been received.

Hotel Accommodations and Room Pricing
Oracle has reserved a block of rooms at the Swissôtel Chicago for the nights of Monday, June 25th through Thursday, June 28th at the rate of $239.00 plus tax per night for single occupancy. Hotel Confirmation
Once you register you will receive an automatic email confirmation noting your requested hotel dates. One to two weeks prior to the forum you will receive an official confirmation letter confirming your hotel dates. If you have requested any extended hotel dates the Oracle Retail CrossTalk Registration Office will contact you within 3 days of your initial registration regarding final pricing and availability of your extended dates.

Hotel Cancellations or Reservation Changes (Hotel Cancellation Policy)

Hotel Cancellation Policy
The Swissôtel Chicago requires that all cancellations are made 72 hours before 4:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation please contact the Oracle Retail CrossTalk Registration office at least 4 days prior to 4:00 p.m. on your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Driving Directions
From Midway Airport – MDW (12 Miles)
Head north from South Cicero Avenue, and proceed for two miles. Turn right onto I-55 N. Take the US-41 N exit. Bear left at South Lake Shore Drive. Bear right onto the Randolph Street. Turn left onto the ramp to Wacker Drive. Bear left and head toward East Wacker Drive. Bear right at East Upper Wacker Drive.
From O’Hare International Airport – ORD (20 Miles)
Head west from the terminal, and bear left at International Terminal. Take the I-190 East ramp for two miles. Bear right at I-90 East, and proceed for about five miles. Bear left onto the Express Lanes ramp to Armitage Avenue. Merge onto I-90 Express Lane / I-94 Express Lane. Take the East Ohio Street exit, and continue for one mile. Continue on West Ohio Street. Turn right at North La Salle Boulevard. Turn left at West Upper Wacker Drive. Continue on East Upper Wacker Drive.
